Technical Service Representative I

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary customer support contact for installed claims in North America
• intake, preliminarily diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate claims
• collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on remediation
• participate in training
• coordinate information and training workshops as needed
• maintain installed-claims process documentation
• assist with improvement projects
• monitor the claims process and identify deficiencies
• support rollout and training on technical services and company policies.
