• Provide the Imaging Center Manager with feedback on technologist performance and quality
• coach, train, support, and motivate team members
• document performance
• promote flexible staff utilization and delegate work
• follow OSHA and company safety protocols
• perform technologist duties
• provide input on hiring and performance evaluations
• act for the Imaging Center Manager when unavailable.
