The associate handles significant portions of commercial, business, and civil litigation matters from case strategy and discovery through hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation, working with partners and clients throughout the litigation lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Handle complex commercial, business, and civil litigation matters in state and federal courts
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents
• take and defend depositions
• work with fact and expert witnesses
• manage discovery, document production, and case strategy
• participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
• collaborate with partners and clients.
