• ensure efficient use of aircraft, instructors, simulators, and facilities
• assign responsibilities and monitor follow-through
• address operational gaps
• coach staff
• plan staffing coverage
• support hiring and onboarding
• maintain schedule integrity and student progression pacing
• coordinate with maintenance and flight leadership
• monitor capacity and training pipeline health
• maintain facility standards
• liaise with the FBO and airport management
• and support campus events.
