Production Technician – First Shift

The Production Technician – First Shift role is onsite in Chestertown, MD. Pay is $17–$19 per hour. LaMotte Company develops and manufactures water analysis solutions used in applications around the world. The technician manufactures and packages spin disks using production equipment while supporting quality, safety, and production goals. The role includes equipment operation and setup, production records, product handling, and participation in continuous-improvement activities.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
• record machine performance and product samples
• assist with equipment setup
• participate in shift huddles
• monitor production rates and quality standards
• transport products with pallet jacks and carts
• participate in lean activities and safety observations.
