What you'll do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial machinery
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• replace defective parts and lubricate components
• install and adjust production equipment
• maintain grain-handling, agricultural, facility, vehicle, and grounds equipment
• perform welding and fabrication
• document maintenance work
• monitor spare parts
• coordinate work to minimize downtime
• recommend safety and process improvements
• maintain a clean and safe work area.

Why this role
