What you'll do

• Maintain a pipeline of 7–12 qualified legal candidates
• build relationships with law schools, trade associations, and professional networks
• track pipeline metrics and refine sourcing
• conduct quarterly staffing analyses with attorney group leaders and department heads
• develop recruiting roadmaps and present projections
• facilitate role kickoff meetings
• consider internal promotions, cross-training, or lateral moves where possible
• create and manage job postings
• source, screen, and advance candidates
• coordinate interviews and candidate packages
• communicate offers, coordinate background checks, and prepare candidates for starting
• support onboarding and monitor early progress
• identify and optimize recruiting tools and processes.
