Service Technician — Residential Maintenance

Job overview

What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance in common areas
• complete service requests in occupied apartments
• participate in preventive maintenance and mechanical-system repairs
• maintain grounds and common areas
• assist with inspections and quality assurance
• follow safety protocols and provide courteous resident service.
