Bilingual Client Success Specialist — Puerto Rico

What you'll do

• Provide phone support to Debt Management Program clients in a back-to-back call center environment
• manage client accounts, proposals, payments, deposits, and creditor communications
• review accounts and resolve issues
• maintain accurate records and comply with state regulations
• collaborate across departments
• encourage clients throughout their financial journey.
