What you'll do

• Deliver coordinated nursing care according to established standards and the nursing process. Collect and analyze patient health information, identify outcomes and care issues, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate progress. Coordinate care with patients, families, healthcare providers, and other disciplines in a safe, healing, humane environment. Provide health information and learning opportunities, participate in discharge planning, and delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members. The posting requires state RN licensure, CPR or BLS, BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E certification
• a BSN and acute-care experience are preferred.
