Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Respond to customers by phone, fax, and email
• assist with orders and returns
• estimate delivery dates using vendor production and shipping schedules
• resolve customer questions
• prepare quotations
• set up customer accounts
• maintain supplier relationships
• identify product and service opportunities
• schedule outside sales appointments
• monitor customer-specific inventory
• and participate in weekly funnel meetings.
