Training Specialist — Mission Systems Program Office

• Conduct Training Front End Analysis to identify needs, gaps, performance requirements, audiences, and solution recommendations
• develop and update training documentation and materials
• coordinate training events and logistics
• collaborate with program managers, engineers, subject matter experts, and end users
• maintain training records and databases
• support training standards and procedures
• evaluate effectiveness
• ensure compliance with security guidelines and requirements
• prepare briefings and reports.
