What you'll do

• Guide and train seeding team members
• help schedule staff and achieve daily sowing goals
• manage seeding production tasks, cleaning, preventive maintenance, greenhouse upkeep, and irrigation-line flushing
• coordinate ordering and delivery of agricultural inputs and ensure compliance
• record operational and food-safety data
• communicate maintenance issues and create work orders
• collaborate with growers and cross-functional teams.
