What you'll do

• Create and process contract, project, and time-and-material invoices
• monitor receivables and aging
• follow up on past-due accounts and resolve discrepancies
• collaborate with project managers, estimators, and operations to verify costs, change orders, and contract compliance
• post deposits, process ACH or wire payments, and reconcile the receivables ledger.
