What you'll do

• Lead engineering execution, staffing, technical planning, dependency management, and releases
• mentor engineers and support hiring and onboarding
• guide architecture and technical tradeoffs
• evaluate community feature requests
• improve CI/CD, testing, code review, and release processes
• establish production reliability practices for molab, including observability, incident response, and capacity planning
• and support API design, issue triage, hotfixes, and community contributions.
