What you'll do

• Carry out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities
• respond calmly to incidents and document observations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• report maintenance concerns, unusual activity, and hazards
• communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors.
