What you'll do

• Supervise and support clinical nurses and nurse assistants
• conduct medical assessments and implement treatment plans
• coordinate staffing coverage and assist with hiring
• maintain resident records and documentation compliance
• ensure adherence to state and federal regulations
• address resident and family concerns and resident rights
• mentor nursing staff and participate in training, including Preceptor Training
• implement ideas and processes to improve patient outcomes and facility operations. Requires an active RN license in good standing, at least three years of nursing experience preferred, and at least one year of nursing leadership or administrative experience.
