What you'll do

• Conduct diagnostic intake assessments
• triage patients and coordinate connections to services
• develop individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, family, or group counseling
• document clinical activity in the electronic medical record
• provide case management and community resource connections
• consult with primary and specialty care providers
• administer, score, and interpret psychological assessments
• provide outreach and education
• participate in supervision, didactics, meetings, and quality assurance.
