What you'll do

• Take vital signs and assist with procedures under applicable laws and practice protocols
• prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
• maintain clinical supplies and patient records
• check in patients and verify information
• collect payments and prepare deposits
• schedule appointments and coordinate referrals and pre-authorizations
• manage calls, prescription refills, and test results
• and participate in team meetings and quality improvement.
