What you'll do

• Support store KPIs including sales, payroll, conversion, and shrink
• lead shifts as Manager on Duty when assigned
• communicate priorities
• train, coach, and provide feedback to associates
• plan daily workload and staffing
• address issues and support loss prevention and safety
• model customer service and selling behaviors
• support scheduling, payroll controls, policy compliance, visual merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
