- Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community buildings
- remove trash
- assist with apartment clean-outs and make-ready preparation
- help clean apartments and models
- assist with snow removal when applicable
- troubleshoot groundskeeping equipment
- and report maintenance concerns.
