What you'll do

• Supervise team members and delegate duties
• organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
• greet guests, take orders, and serve food
• ensure food preparation follows cooking, safety, and sanitation procedures
• handle guest concerns
• train team members
• balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned
• complete paperwork and opening or closing activities as directed.
