What you'll do

• Prepare and serve three meals daily according to menus, recipes, portion sizes, dietary restrictions, and schedules.
• Prepare snacks and assist with hydration as directed.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation, wash dishes, clean equipment and surfaces, label and store food safely, monitor temperatures, report inventory or equipment concerns, and complete kitchen documentation.
