IT Business Analyst

Job overview

The IT Business Analyst role is hybrid, based in Englewood, CO, with onsite work every Tuesday in the Denver office. Pay is $50–$55 per hour. The analyst supports vendor-delivered technology projects and selected internal application initiatives, serving as a liaison among business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams. The role translates business needs into testable requirements, coordinates user acceptance testing and training, and supports production issue triage. These activities help teams deliver technology changes and support adoption and ongoing application operations.

What you'll do

• Lead discovery sessions and clarify requirements for vendor-led projects
• create business requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• coordinate with vendor project managers and solution architects on scope and changes
• contribute to release communications and training plans
• coordinate UAT scripts and feedback and track defects
• gather requirements for internal enhancements
• triage production issues and document reproducible bug reports.
