What you'll do

• Serve as a coach, mentor, and advocate
• build and maintain daily routines and household structure
• support community activities and appointments
• assist with communication and social skill development and identify triggers and barriers
• provide transportation and accompany the client
• assist with personal care as needed
• complete session notes and report changes in condition or behavior.
