What you'll do
- Provide language-appropriate training and skill development to refugee childcare providers
- coordinate interpreted trainings and attendance tracking
- lead classes on home safety and DHS childcare regulations
- conduct home visits
- support providers with health and safety requirements, business development, quality improvement, referrals, registration, timesheets, paperwork, and business operations.
