What you'll do

• Operate floor-care equipment
• dust mop, clean, burnish, strip, refinish, scrub, and recoat floors
• coordinate floor-care work with other workers
• perform preventive equipment maintenance
• assist with minor equipment adjustments and report major repairs
• assist with inventory and supply orders
• follow chemical and equipment safety standards
• help train new employees and perform general cleaning as needed.
