Senior Accountant

What you'll do

• Process and code vendor invoices and employee expenses
• manage approval routing and ACH payment runs
• prepare client invoices and draw packages
• track retainage and lien waivers
• maintain vendor and client compliance files
• reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts
• maintain aging and prepaid and fixed-asset schedules
• support WIP analysis and KPI dashboards
• administer integrations across Deltek Ajera, JobTread, and QuickBooks Online
• identify automation opportunities
• document processes and improvements
• prepare sales/use tax workpapers and support audits
• collaborate with project teams on job costing and billing.
