What you'll do

• Manage a personal injury caseload through settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial
• review cases and communicate with clients
• handle pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation
• develop case strategy
• coordinate with medical and liability experts
• and collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
