The Machine Operator role is onsite in Little Falls, MN. What you'll do

• Review production orders for garment styles, artwork, colors, quantities, and placement
• learn and operate screenprint, embroidery, laser, and other decoration equipment
• set up, run, and change over jobs
• load and unload garments and production materials
• access job specifications using computers or order systems
• check decoration quality and order counts
• fold, label, box, count, and record finished garments
• communicate with inventory, leads, and teammates
• maintain a clean and safe work area.
