Construction Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate field execution of repair and construction projects
• plan daily field operations, access, scheduling, logistics, and sequencing
• track progress, productivity, budgets, and schedules
• coordinate contractors, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• verify work against drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
• support QA/QC documentation and closeout
• enforce safety policies and OSHA requirements
• mentor junior field staff
• support proposals, estimating, and scope definition.
