Community Integrated Living Specialist

Job overview

The Community Integrated Living Specialist role is onsite in Aviston, IL. Compensation is $20 per hour. The position supports residents in Community Integrated Living Arrangements under the supervision of a CILA Team Leader and with support from the Supported Living Program Manager. The specialist provides daily living assistance and guidance so residents can build daily living, community integration, and economic self-sufficiency skills. The role also supports residents’ health, safety, relationships, and participation in community resources.

What you'll do

• Train and guide residents in activities of daily living, community integration, and economic self-sufficiency
• provide personal care or oversight as needed
• monitor and document medication regimens and report health issues
• support community participation and transportation
• complete required documentation
• prepare household necessities and perform housekeeping
• follow safety procedures and participate in drills.
