Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Shift, Arizona

The Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Shift role is in-office in Yuma, AZ, on 12-hour shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., 36–40 hours per week. Pay is $62–$63 per hour. This is a contracted position for the State of Arizona. The nurse provides resident care by administering medications and treatments, assessing new admissions, contributing to care plans, documenting clinical information, and coordinating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff. The role also includes limited supervision and staff development activities.

• perform admission nursing assessments
• assist with MDS assessments and care plans
• maintain clinical and administrative documentation
• provide limited staff supervision and direct care support
• participate in staff training.
