What you'll do

• Maintain organized regulatory files for products and supporting materials
• collect, review, organize, and track specifications, ingredient lists, certificates, safety data sheets, test reports, and supplier documents
• maintain databases, trackers, registration records, and procedures
• monitor document requests, changes, renewals, corrective actions, and deadlines
• assist with label, packaging, website, marketing, and claims reviews
• identify and escalate potential concerns
• support product assessments, registrations, notifications, renewals, and market-entry documentation
• coordinate information with internal departments and external partners
• assist with complaint and adverse-event documentation
• prepare reports and maintain confidentiality.
