The Registered Nurse (RN), Rehabilitation Nursing role is onsite in Topeka, KS, working 12-hour shifts from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Pay is $40.75–$43.00 per hour, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Providence Living Center’s rehabilitation nursing team provides care to facility residents. The RN monitors residents’ conditions and needs, administers medications and treatments according to physician orders, and oversees nursing assistant-registered staff in following care plans. The role also documents care, handles admissions and discharges, and reports changes or concerns to support safe, coordinated resident care.
