Maintenance Technician II — Facilities

The Maintenance Technician II role is onsite in San Antonio, TX; compensation is not specified. Reporting to the Director of Facilities, the technician maintains and troubleshoots facility systems and equipment, helping keep the physical environment safe and functional while supporting facility operations.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air handlers, compressors, pumps, and motors
• inspect mechanical spaces and facility equipment
• troubleshoot HVAC using the building control system
• maintain chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and related systems
• troubleshoot electrical systems and wire motors
• follow facility safety standards
• assist with office equipment moves and environmental permit applications.
