The surgeon provides oral and maxillofacial surgical care while contributing to patient outcomes, practice growth, team development, and the group’s long-term direction, with a defined partnership and equity opportunity.

• Lead oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
• collaborate with the care team to improve patient outcomes and clinic operations
• build relationships with referring providers
• mentor junior staff
• participate in professional development and strategic planning
• and use centralized management tools to support scheduling and surgical efficiency.
