What you'll do

• Lead and manage traffic engineering projects from scoping through final delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and profitability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee traffic engineering analyses including traffic impact studies and signal operations.
• Mentor junior staff.
