The Director of Installation & Market Operations — Northeast role is remote, based in the Northeast, with frequent required travel throughout the region. Compensation is $150,000–$175,000 per year, plus bonus. Express Flooring is expanding into the Northeast, and this role will build the operating foundation for that growth. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the director leads installation execution, satellite operations, and market performance. The role develops regional leaders and installer capacity, ensures projects move from material receipt through installation and closeout, and holds markets accountable for quality, customer experience, and financial performance.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop Market Operations Managers and local teams
• build regional leadership capacity and partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting and development
• oversee installation production from readiness and scheduling through crew assignment, completion, documentation, and closeout
• maintain installer capacity and performance
• oversee material receipt, storage, staging, load-out, returns, and inventory controls
• manage customer communication and escalations
• monitor production, quality, safety, revenue, expenses, and profitability
• lead operational readiness and launches for new Northeast markets
• coordinate cross-functionally
• ensure safety, compliance, incident response, and asset protection.
