What you'll do

• Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and protocols
• prepare, position, and educate patients
• screen for MRI safety concerns
• administer intravenous contrast when indicated and monitor for adverse reactions
• operate MRI equipment
• verify patient identity, orders, and history
• document procedures and contrast administration
• maintain equipment and report concerns
• follow infection prevention and quality protocols
• collaborate with clinical staff.
