The Per Diem Phlebotomist Float role is onsite at locations in Milwaukee, WI, and Buffalo Grove, IL. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in Milwaukee from 6:30 AM–11:00 AM, and Tuesday and Thursday in Buffalo Grove from 6:30 AM–10:00 AM. The posting states pay of $21–$25 per hour. Pinnacle Fertility supports fertility clinics and patients on their journey to parenthood. The phlebotomist collects and prepares blood samples, verifies patient identity and sample labeling, and documents collection accurately. The role also provides reassurance to patients and coordinates with laboratory and clinical staff to support timely, accurate testing.

What you'll do

• Perform venipuncture and skin punctures to collect blood samples
• identify patients and label samples

• maintain a clean and safe work environment
• explain procedures and reassure patients
• monitor phlebotomy supplies
• collaborate with laboratory and clinical staff
• follow lab policies and regulatory requirements.
