What you'll do

• Provides leadership and supervision to Life Skills Trainers
• facilitates staff problem-solving and corrective action
• coordinates staffing assignments
• conducts accident/incident investigations
• implements personal intervention and crisis prevention
• assists with staff recruitment and orientation
• ensures adherence to Individual Plans.
