What you'll do

• Lead a team of 7–15 technicians
• monitor team effectiveness, margin, revenue, and plan performance
• assign technicians to calls and manage repair or follow-up decisions
• coach technicians in the field
• hire, train, develop, and discipline staff
• coach customer communication and quoting
• enforce quality, safety, parts, purchase-order, and vehicle standards
• manage escalations and customer relationships
• review invoices and large quotes
• set team pricing authority and own resulting margins
• and build and back up the on-call rotation.
