What you'll do

• Provide short-term individual and small-group counseling
• assess student needs and facilitate referrals when appropriate
• collaborate with families, faculty, administrators, learning specialists, and the Student Support Team
• consult on social-emotional needs and classroom strategies
• maintain confidential documentation
• use student data and observations to inform interventions
• and respond to emerging concerns and school-based crises.
