What you'll do
- Oversee nursing staff and coordinate physical, occupational, and speech therapy services
- set visit frequency and discipline use based on diagnosis, acuity, and documentation
- review and approve CMS-485 plans of care and validate OASIS assessments
- confirm Medicare skilled need
- lead compliance, QAPI, chart audits, and corrective action plans
- teach staff regulatory and documentation standards
- and serve as a clinical resource for staff, physicians, and referral partners.

Why this role
