What you'll do

• Own accounts payable from purchase order to payment
• match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices and resolve discrepancies
• prepare weekly payment runs
• assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
• maintain organized, audit-ready records
• support month-end close
• oversee purchasing and receiving workflows
• ensure transactions from multiple systems are accurately reflected in accounting
• identify process breakdowns and improvements
• work with production, purchasing, and operations.
