What you'll do

• Understand client staffing needs and job requirements
• source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and cold calling
• verify work eligibility
• review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
• schedule and conduct 15–20 daily in-person or virtual interviews
• present qualified candidates to clients
• facilitate offer discussions
• support onboarding and client pre-onboarding procedures
• monitor industry trends and maintain client and candidate relationships.
