Food Production Associate

Job overview

The Food Production Associate role is onsite in Troy, MI, working 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. Compensation is $17–$18.50 per hour. The role supports food preparation, production, and packaging. The position exists to produce and package food safely and efficiently according to company standards. It contributes to production goals by following recipes, maintaining food safety and quality, supporting the production line, and tracking supplies.

What you'll do

• Assemble sandwiches and salads to recipe specifications
• wash, chop, and measure ingredients
• operate food production equipment
• monitor holding times and temperatures
• package and label finished products
• check food quality
• follow sanitation and safety procedures
• report quality or equipment issues
• clean work areas and equipment
• track ingredients and supplies
• collaborate with production associates, quality staff, and supervisors.
