Medication Technician (PT/PRN)

The Medication Technician (PT/PRN) role is an onsite position located in Wilson, NC. Compensation is not specified for this role, which supports the senior living community at Parkwood Village and The Landing. This role exists to provide hands-on care, physical support, and emotional assistance to residents while maintaining a safe, home-like environment. The technician is responsible for medication administration, resident monitoring, and assisting with activities of daily living to promote resident independence and dignity.

What you'll do

• Responsible for a designated group of residents
• observes, reports, and documents symptoms and conditions
• assists with medication administration using the Six Rights of Medication Pass
• maintains cleanliness of resident suites and work areas
• assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and ambulation
• counts narcotics each shift
• takes and records vital signs.
