Medical Receptionist (Per Diem)

What you'll do

• Float to clinic locations as needed
• greet and check in patients
• answer calls, schedule appointments, address inquiries, and screen calls
• assist with intake paperwork, check-in/check-out, and follow-up coordination
• maintain patient records
• support referrals, prescription requests, and other clerical tasks
• coordinate patient flow with the clinical team
• gather medical history and referral information when appropriate
• maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and service.
